Engine 98-2

Engine 98-2 is a 2002 KME pumper powered by a 430hp series 60 Detroit engine.  It has a 5-speed Allison automatic transmission and seating for seven. 

- 750 gal. water tank

- 50 gal. foam tank

- compressed air foam unit

- 2000 gpm Hale pump

- 2500 ft. of 5"

- three 1 ¾” preconnects

- 2 ½” preconnect

- 3" rear preconnect for the Blitzfire

- 1 ½” Neidner hose reel

- eight permanently-mounted 750-watt quartz lights

- six permanently-mounted battery-powered on-scene lights

- 15 kw hydraulic generator
